Services

I’m a professional office administrator and organizer as well as a program coordinator with over 20 years of experience.

Leave your administrative work to me

If you’re an executive, leader or busy professional, you have a lot to do! Of course your goals and client work take top priority, so let me look after the rest. I work with nonprofit and charitable organizations, small business owners and entrepreneurs, and am happy to provide you with ongoing support and a helping hand whenever you need me.

I’ll organize and run your programs

Many professionals feel overwhelmed by the demands of day-to-day administration, program preparation, registrations, course evaluations and campaigns. Let me help coordinate it all so you can focus on meeting your goals. I’m an excellent project manager and event organizer too, so you can feel confident things will run smoothly.

I make it all easier

My clients say they feel relieved to have reliable support and extra hours in the day after they’re freed from their paperwork. As a calm and patient problem-solver, I bring efficiency to everything I do, along with a healthy sense of humour so you can feel comfortable delegating tasks to me. Everything we work on together will be kept in strictest confidence.

Here are some of the tasks you can feel confident delegating to me:

For nonprofit and charitable organizations:                                                           Donation and charitable tax receipt processing, financial administration, fundraising organization, event planning and logistics, program coordination, promotion, social media updating, project management, MailChimp email campaign and list administration, bookings and scheduling. I am able to work unsupervised as well as integrate with existing teams, allowing them time to focus on their goals.

For independent professionals and small businesses:
Office organization, personalized administrative systems, paper and digital filing, meeting and travel arrangements, scheduling, expense reports and expense claim submissions, billings and accounts receivables tracking. My clients are less stressed by the distraction of admin and paperwork.

For adult education course instructors:
Email registration campaign and registration list administration (using MailChimp), classroom bookings, class scheduling, student registration, course materials preparation and course evaluations. Instructors reported that attendance goals where consistently reached or exceeded.
